Planning to join us? Start here, then choose how to be part of the Expo below. Event-specific details may vary.
Ohio-licensed cannabis companies and brands must seek DCC review and obtain any required approval before participating as an exhibitor, sponsor or guest speaker. Each licensee is responsible for its own compliance; participation does not mean that DCC approves or endorses the Expo.
Under the current advertising rule, licensees must provide written notice of event participation at least ten business days before the event, and obtain written DCC approval for advertisements before using them. Businesses and individuals who are not DCC licensees do not need licensee event clearance solely to participate; anyone acting for a licensee or promoting a licensed brand must follow the applicable requirements.
Direct approval and compliance questions to DCC: DCCCompliance@com.ohio.gov or 1-833-464-6627. Email the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control · Ohio advertising rule.

Media credentials
PRESS
Journalists, photographers, videographers, podcasters and established independent media may request Expo press credentials. Applications are reviewed; credentials are not automatic. Ohio Cannabis Car Show media credentials are separate and require a separate application.
Include your outlet, website or channel, recent work, intended coverage, requested interviews, crew names and contact details. Complimentary access is offered only to approved media representatives.
Request Expo credentialsApproved press must provide links to published coverage, copies or links to interviews recorded with Expo organizers when available, and permitted event photos or video clips as agreed in writing. Deadlines and permitted reuse rights are confirmed before issuing credentials. Editorial independence remains with the outlet.
Car show press: apply separately through the Ohio Cannabis Car Show website; an Expo pass does not automatically grant car show media access.
Car show media informationPhotography, filming, livestreaming and audio recording may occur throughout the event for coverage, archives and promotional use, including websites, email and social media. Notice is provided at registration and venue entrances. Attendees can request assistance with avoiding close-up promotional filming; featured interviews and other uses needing specific permission will use a separate release. Media and photographers must respect privacy, restricted areas and event staff instructions.
We are planning an on-site photo station offering printed event photographs, subject to final vendor and equipment arrangements. Optional portraits and digital delivery will be offered only with appropriate permission.
