Acknowledgement of Vendor Policies

I understand a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure my space.

I understand the remaining balance must be paid no later than February 21, 2026 or my space may be forfeited.

I understand booth assignments are first-come, first-served, with premium entrance booths reserved for event sponsors or vendors paying for premium upgrade.

I understand that if I am asked to leave the event for violating policies (no illegal drugs, no weapons, no under-21, no drama, etc.), no refunds will be issued.

I agree that this is a rain or shine event, and fees will only be refunded if the event is permanently canceled and cannot be rescheduled in the future.

I understand this application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor. The Ohio Cannabis Expo reserves the right to reject any vendor or exhibitor without notice or explanation.

If accepted as a vendor, I will receive an email to schedule a call to address questions or concerns before an invoice for the deposit is issued.
