I understand the remaining balance must be paid no later than July 9 2026 or my space may be forfeited.

I understand booth assignments are first-come, first-served, with premium entrance booths reserved for event sponsors or vendors paying for premium upgrade.

I understand that if I am asked to leave the event for violating policies (no illegal drugs, no weapons, no under-21, no drama, etc.), no refunds will be issued.

I agree that this is a rain or shine event, and fees will only be refunded if the event is permanently canceled and cannot be rescheduled in the future.

I understand this application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor. The Ohio Cannabis Expo reserves the right to reject any vendor or exhibitor without notice or explanation.

If accepted as a vendor, I will receive an email to schedule a call to address questions or concerns before an invoice for the deposit is issued.

Failure to Appear & Forfeiture Policy By submitting this application, the Exhibitor agrees that failure to occupy the assigned booth space by the event start time constitutes a "no-show." In this event, all fees paid are non-refundable and shall be forfeited to Ohio Cannabis Expo. Furthermore, Ohio Cannabis Expo reserves the right to deny the Exhibitor participation in any future events.

All exhibitor applications require full payment within 14 calendar days of submission. If no payment is received and no prior arrangements have been made within this 14-day window, the application will be voided, and the booth space will be released to other applicants. Ohio Cannabis Expo reserves the right to reject future applications from any entity that fails to meet these payment

I agree not to sell cannabis or hemp products at this event including clones, flower, edibles, concentrates . Violation of this policy will result in ban from future events . Zero Tolerance

I agree not to consume smoke or vape cannabis/tobacco inside the venue . This includes any vapes of any kind DONT VAPE INSIDE Violation of this policy will result in permanent ban of the person and their company there are no exceptions . We use upscale and sometime government owned venues so we have to be respectful of the venue .
