Cancellation Policy
Ohio Cannabis Expo is operated by Another Mastamynd Hit LLC DBA Ohio Cannabis Expo.
Event Cancellation, Postponement & Rescheduling
Ohio Cannabis Expo reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, suspend, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary.
This may include circumstances involving:

Severe or dangerous weather

Public safety concerns
-
Venue emergencies or closures
-
Government orders or restrictions
-
Natural disasters
-
Utility, transportation, or infrastructure failures
-
Security concerns
-
Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Ohio Cannabis Expo
The safety of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, staff, contractors, and the public may require us to change an event's date, time, venue, schedule, programming, or format.
Rescheduled or Postponed Events
A postponed or rescheduled event is not considered a canceled event.
If an Ohio Cannabis Expo event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets and other applicable event registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled event unless Ohio Cannabis Expo states otherwise in writing.
A change in the event date, time, venue, schedule, speakers, programming, attendance, or event format does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
Permanent Cancellation — Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if Ohio Cannabis Expo determines that an event has been permanently canceled and will not be rescheduled, relocated, postponed, or held at any future date.
In other words, the event must be canceled permanently — not simply delayed or moved.
If the worst should happen and Ohio Cannabis Expo determines that the applicable Expo will never take place, eligible customers will receive a refund of the applicable amount paid directly to Ohio Cannabis Expo, subject to the method and processing procedures communicated at that time.
Customer Cancellations and No-Shows
Purchases are otherwise subject to the Ohio Cannabis Expo Refund Policy.
Choosing not to attend, being unable to attend, arriving late, failing to appear, or changes in personal circumstances do not constitute cancellation of the event by Ohio Cannabis Expo and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
