These Terms & Policies apply to purchases and registrations made through Ohio Cannabis Expo, operated by Another Mastamynd Hit LLC d/b/a Ohio Cannabis Expo. By purchasing a ticket, exhibitor space, sponsorship, or service, you agree to these terms.
TICKET DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY
Ohio Cannabis Expo primarily sells event tickets, exhibitor space, sponsorships, and services. Event tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or through the purchaser's Wix account. No physical ticket is shipped. Please verify your email address before completing checkout and check spam or junk folders if the confirmation does not arrive. Contact info@ohiocannabisexpo.com for delivery help.
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, Ohio Cannabis Expo does not sell or ship physical merchandise through this website. If physical merchandise is offered in the future, the product page and checkout will identify the fulfillment method, estimated delivery time, shipping charge, and any applicable restrictions before payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Purchaser-initiated cancellations are not accepted after payment. Tickets, exhibitor reservations, sponsorships, deposits, and service fees are non-transferable unless Ohio Cannabis Expo approves a transfer in writing. Failure to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel problems, disinterest, or changes in company circumstances do not create a right to cancel or receive a refund.
Ohio Cannabis Expo may change an event's schedule, speakers, program, venue, or format when reasonably necessary. These changes do not constitute cancellation. If an event is postponed, the purchase will be honored for the rescheduled event. If Ohio Cannabis Expo cancels an event and does not reschedule it, eligible payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final except when Ohio Cannabis Expo cancels an event and does not reschedule it, or when a refund is otherwise required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. The detailed Refund Policy for attendees, exhibitors, vendors, and sponsors is incorporated into these terms and is available through the website footer.
TERMS OF SERVICE
You must provide accurate purchaser and attendee information and comply with event rules, venue rules, age requirements, identification requirements, and applicable law. Admission may be refused or revoked for unsafe, disruptive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct without refund.
Ohio Cannabis Expo events are educational and networking events. No cannabis sales or consumption are permitted unless expressly authorized by law, the venue, and the event organizer. Website content is provided for general educational information and is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
Prices and availability may change before checkout. A purchase is complete only after payment authorization and confirmation. Card transactions will appear as Another Mastamynd Hit LLC and/or Ohio Cannabis Expo, as shown during checkout. Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first contacting us may delay resolution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohio Cannabis Expo and Another Mastamynd Hit LLC are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, attendance, schedule changes, third-party services, travel, or personal property. These terms are governed by Ohio law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
