When is the last day to sign up as a exhibitor , speaker or sponsor?

Accepted Answer

In order to ensure we meet marketing deadlines we will stop accepting  applications on 7/23/2026. Anyone interested in being exhibitor beyond this date will still be able to apply however there will be a addition fee of 500.00 dollars for any last minute exhibitors and we can not guarantee availability or booth sizes.

Will there be cannabis or hemp products sold at this event ?

Accepted Answer

No. The Ohio Cannabis Expo is strictly an educational and networking event. Licensed dispensaries and hemp companies may showcase their products for display and informational purposes only, but no cannabis or hemp products will be sold, shared, or consumed on-site. All attendees and vendors are required to follow Ohio state laws and venue regulations.

What type of items can I purchase at the Ohio Cannabis Expo 2026  ?

Answer:
No cannabis or hemp products of any kind will be sold. Things that will be available to buy this list is subject to change depending on state and federal law that could change at any moment .
Growing equipment and supplies (lights, soil, nutrients, tents)
Apparel and branded merchandise (hats, shirts, hoodies, stickers)
Art, collectibles, and custom crafts
Educational materials, books, and resources
All sales must comply with Ohio law. No cannabis, hemp, or CBD products will be sold, sampled, or consumed at the event.

Is the Ohio Cannabis Expo 2026 Approved by Ohio Division of Cannabis Control ?

Answer:
 The Ohio Cannabis Expo is not a licensed business under the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control, so we are not required to seek approval from this agency to host our event.
Licensed cannabis companies that wish to participate as exhibitors, speakers, or sponsors must submit a written request for approval to the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control before taking part.
Other ancillary cannabis businesses, brands, or organizations do not need DCC approval to participate in OCE2026.

Will OCE2026 pay guest speakers ?

Thank you for your interest in being a guest speaker . At this time we are not offering paid speaking opportunities. We dont cover lodging for guest speakers . All speakers must travel at their own expense  .

Parking is free to all guest . However parking will fill up quickly be sure arrive early or use ride share apps like uber or lyft.

Yes there is wifi and its free for all guest to use

Can I consume cannabis products inside the venue ?

Accepted Answer

No. Cannabis consumption or vaping/dabing is not permitted inside the venue during the Ohio Cannabis Expo 2026. All attendees, exhibitors, and staff must follow state laws and venue regulations. Violators will be asked to leave and could be banned from future events hosted by OCE

Yes there are handicap parking spaces in front of the venue .

Yes tickets are free for this event you still we be asked to visit our website to register even if show up at the door please remember to bring a valid ID and be 21 or old unless you have a ohio medical cannabis card .

Yes this required for security reason and also just in case we need to send you additional information .
