Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is applicable to all attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors for events hosted by Ohio Cannabis Live. By purchasing a ticket, becoming a sponsor, or securing an exhibitor space, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Refund Policy for Attendees

  • All Ticket Sales Are Final: Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable under all circumstances, except in the case where the event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled.

  • No Refunds for Changes in Event Details: Refunds will not be issued for changes in the event’s venue, date, format, or attendance levels.

  • Non-Refundable for Personal or Company Reasons: Refunds are not granted due to personal scheduling conflicts, disinterest, or changes in corporate circumstances.

2. Refund Policy for Sponsors

  • Non-Refundable Sponsorship Fees: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once paid, except if the event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled. In that case, any deposits will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Deposit Requirement: All sponsors are required to pay a 50% deposit to reserve their sponsorship level and benefits.

  • Payment Deadline: Full sponsorship fees must be paid no later than 45 days before the event date. Failure to meet this deadline will result in forfeiture of the deposit and release of the sponsorship slot.

  • Late Fee Policy: Sponsorships paid after the 45-day deadline may be subject to an additional fee (to be determined).

3. Refund Policy for Exhibitors/Vendors

  • Non-Refundable Vendor Fees: Vendor fees, including deposits, are non-refundable if a vendor decides to withdraw from the event for any reason.

  • Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to secure exhibitor space, which reserves the specific booth area or exhibition space.

  • Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • No Refunds for Low Attendance: Refunds will not be issued due to low attendance or unforeseen turnout at the event. All exhibitors and vendors participate at their own discretion.

  • Payment Deadline: All fees for exhibitors must be paid in full at least 45 days prior to the event. If payment is not received by this deadline, the exhibitor forfeits the deposit, and the reserved space will be made available to others.

  • No Late Payments Accepted Less Than 30 Days Prior to Event: Vendor and exhibitor fees will not be accepted if paid within 30 days of the event, ensuring adequate planning and confirmation of participants.

  • Late Fee Policy: Any fees paid after the 45-day deadline may incur an additional fee (to be determined).

4. Agreement to Refund Policy

All attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors are required to agree to this Refund Policy upon registration, purchase, or deposit for any future events. This policy ensures all parties have a clear understanding of the terms and expectations associated with refunds and deposits.
